Hartbeespoort Accommodation - Block Bookings - Exclusive use of entire Sky Lodge - up to 40 guests sharing

We have a great block booking package where you would book exclusive use of the 3 private lodges for between 25 to 40 guest sharing. This package works well with wedding and golf tour groups, as there are many wedding venues and golf courses in the area, but these venues have limited accommodation, especially over weekends.

The block booking package is as follows:

2 nights minimum – R 45,000

3 nights – R 55,000

4 nights – R 60,000

All guests must be booked sleep over guests – no day visitors. No reduction in rate for subsequent decrease in numbers.

We can also give you the details of a good local caterer if you need. They do very good spit braais and boma dinners.

Bookings are subject to availability at time of payment confirmation. Block bookings are normally made long is advance, as we will need all lodges available in order to be able to make this block booking. We do have another prospective guest looking for that weekend but they have not committed yet, so I can still help you if you are quick.

We would require an initial R 15,000 deposit to secure the booking date, then 2 x subsequent monthly payments of R 15,000 to confirm the block booking.
